Refund policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, custom printed and personalized items are generally non-refundable and non-returnable. If an item is defective due to a production error or an error was made in fulfilling your order (including incorrect size, color, or item fulfillment), please contact Coach’s Corner within 14 business days of receiving your order. Approved issues may be corrected through an exchange or replacement of the same design and product style with corrected specifications. Shipping-related damage or carrier issues may be subject to separate claims and review.
